Representatives of DISAIM and CTAEX have hold a meeting at CTAEX installations to set up a last batch of tests in order to simulate working conditions of the prototype in an environment very close to reality.

<p style="text-align: justify;"> With that purpose a cheese cube, existing on the installations, is being adapted by the installation of two blades to contain the biomass fly ashes hold by a filtering mesh, replicating laboratory test in a bigger scale.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="" src="http://www.ctaex.com/icirbus/ficheros/imagenes/2017_02/17-02-22-palas-adaptadas-medium.jpg" style="text-align: center; width: 251px; height: 188px;" /></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> The resulting sludge of that cube will be centrifuged to reproduce the humidity content that it will have at the end of the sludge line of the WWTP of Lob&oacute;n. This will permit to compare heavy metals content of the &ldquo;clean&rdquo; sludge of the prototype with &ldquo;untreated&rdquo; sludge with the same humidity, to verify the performance of the prototype and adjust design and functional parameters to prepare its later fabrication.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"> &nbsp;</p>
