<div style="text-align: justify;"> On 23-24 November 2017, a two-day Workshop entitled &ldquo;Workshop on Technologies for Monitoring and Treatment of Contaminants of Emerging Concern&rdquo; took place at URJC campus in M&oacute;stoles (Madrid, Spain) with more than 80 attendees and 28 speakers from 4 different nations (Spain, Italy, Finland and Germany).</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> In this edition, the yearly Workshop organized by REMTAVARES network to disseminate their latest results on micropollutants treatment, has counted on several research works including a presentation of LIFE iCirBus-4Industries project by &Aacute;ngel Encinas from FCC Aqualia, who also chaired one of the session of the event.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> This event, apart from showing the latest results on organic micropollutants treatment and monitoring, served as a meeting point for networking with different European specialists on the topic.</div>
